- iPhone & iPadApp Store
- Update to the latest version from the App Store if something isn't working. To manage notification permissions, open iOS Settings → NockPoint. For anything else, email us and mention your iOS version.
- AndroidGoogle Play
- Make sure you're on the latest version from Google Play. Notification and permission settings live under Android Settings → Apps → NockPoint. Still stuck? Email us with your device model and Android version.
Safety & account
Report, block, or delete
- Report content
- Use the three-dot menu on any post or activity to report it. We review every report and act on violations.
- Report or block a user
- Open a person's profile and use the menu in the corner to report or block them. Blocking hides their content from you.
- Delete your account
- In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated data.
FAQ
Common questions
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password" and enter your email. We'll send a reset link. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or email us.
I'm not receiving push notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled for NockPoint in your device settings, and that the relevant categories are on under Settings → Notifications in the app. On iOS you may need to allow notifications when first prompted; if you declined, enable them in iOS Settings → NockPoint.
How do I report a post, comment, or user?
Open the three-dot menu on any post or activity and choose Report. To report or block a person, open their profile, tap the menu in the top corner, and choose Report user or Block user. Our team reviews every report.
How do I block someone?
Open the person's profile, tap the menu in the top-right corner, and choose Block user. You'll stop seeing their posts and activities. You can unblock from the same menu at any time.
How do I edit or delete a post or activity?
Open the three-dot menu on your own post or activity and choose Edit or Delete. Deleting is permanent.
Is NockPoint free?
Yes. NockPoint is free to download and use on both the App Store and Google Play.
